Abstract

A hydroimpulsive vibratory-percussion device for deformation strengthening of parts comprises a housing, a percussion piston, cavities for supply and removal of energy carrier. The housing, in which fittings for energy carrier supply and removal from a hydraulic tank are mounted, has a square cross section with a mounting leg in a standardized machine tool holder, which houses a percussion piston. The percussion piston comprises a ball, which is a closing element of a single stage pulse generator of pressure of valve type with a parametric principle of generating pressure pulses. The ball by one hemisphere rests on the inner bore of percussion piston and by other hemisphere rests on an end of cylindrical pusher, which through a coil spring and a support pusher contacts with the ball folded in a regulating screw located in a cup. The cup is mounted in the bore of housing and rests on a slotted spring, which contacts through a plunger with the inner bore of percussion piston, which by the opposite end rests through a set of disk springs on the bottom of the inner bore of housing, in which, in turn, a through hole is made of circular cross section that hosts a tool holder.
