Abstract
A method for preparing platelet-enriched blood plasma comprises sampling the blood from a donor, se[parathion of the cells by centrifugation. The layer of platelets is collected into the separate container. The separaton solution is prepared consisting of Ficoll-400 and a component selected among Verografin, Isopaque, Urografin, Urotrast, Uropolonium, Uromiro, Nisotrast-370, Triosyl, Paque, Omnipaque or Ronpaquon. The blood is layered onto the separation mixture stated above. After the first centrifugation, the upper layer of plasma is removed, and the second centrifugation follows. The layer of platelets is collected into the separate container.
