Abstract

A mixer comprises a frame, a rack with a platform, on which a drive of vertically located shaft with blades is mounted, a tank for preparing solution, which is placed in an appropriate slot in the frame, moreover, the shaft with blades is mounted on the platform on a bearing and connected to a driven pulley of belt transmission by a key connection, with possibility of simultaneous rotation of the shaft with blades around its geometric axis and reciprocating motion along the axis by a spring, and the driven pulley of belt transmission is mounted on bearings and fixed by an elastic ring on a hub, which is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the platform, while on the upper end surface of the driven belt pulley a cover is fixedly attached, which contacts with the upper end surface of the spring and to the lower end surface of the platform a spatial cam is fixedly secured, with which a slider contacts which is made in the form of an axle, which is fixedly mounted on the vertically mounted shaft with blades, and the bearings fixedly mounted on this axle with possibility of free rotation of the external fins of slider bearings along the working end surface of spatial cam.
