Abstract
A method for production of miniature LED lamp includes production of body in form of tetrahedral cup on the sides of which light-emitting diodes are placed. The lamp is formed of five thin double-sided printed-circuit boards with rectangular shape with dimensions approximately 10×10 mmeach and one thin double-sided printed-circuit board of the driver of light-emitting diodes. At that on one, the upper layer of each of five lighting boards one installs one light-emitting diode of form-factor 5050 or several light-emitting diodes with another, smaller form-factor. Four of those five lighting cards are made as absolutely same, with connection is form of four-sided cup through soldering contact planes that are near the edges of those lighting cards, conventionally the right and the left, and placed on the layers of lighting cards in respective way, as minimum two contact planes at each side and one of the layers, the upper or the lower ones, to those one additionally applies plus and minus of power supply voltage of light-emitting diodes.
