Abstract
Предметом изобретения является способ получения кристаллической безводной 4,1'-6'-трихлор-4,1'-6'-тридеоксигалактосахарозы в форме ромбических кристаллов пространственной группы P212121. В насыщенный водный раствор аморфной 4,1',6'-трихлор-4,1',6'-тридеоксигалактосахарозы вводится в качестве затравки кристаллическая безводная 4,1',6'-трихлор-4,1',6'-тридеоксигалактосахароза в форме ромбических кристаллов или кристаллическая 4,1',6'-трихлор-4,1',6'-трвдеоксигалаетосахароза-пентагидрат с последующей кристаллизацией целевого продукта.
