Abstract
A method for optimizing the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis comprising the use of spironolactone 50 mg orally, S-ademetionina (Geptral) at a dose of 800 mg/day intravenously followed by intake at 1600 mg orally 2 months in combination with essential phospholipids (essentiale H 500 mg bolus 10 days, followed by Essentiale forte N 1800 mg/day orally 2 months) on the background of basic therapy. Additionally Gepon is administered immunomodulatory 1 mg 2 times a day for 28 days.
