Abstract

A device for study on semiconductor photoconductivity comprises a power unit, a voltage regulation unit (potentiometer), measuring devices (voltmeter, microamperemeter). The device is provided for a LED block, whose first input is connected to a power unit, the second input – to a LED control unit, and the output – to a photoresistor unit, whose one output is connected to the voltage regulation unit output, the second input – to the LED block output; the input of the LED control unit is connected to the output of a modulating unit, whose input is connected to the output of the power unit and an external modulating frequency generator.
