Abstract

The inventive turbine comprises Segner's wheel embodied in the form of a tube (1) and arranged in such a way that it is rotatable. At least one pair of pipes (3) whose ends (4) are bent in opposite directions is radially fixed to said tube (1) on the opposite sides therefor. A cylindrical drum (5) is axially fixed to a tubular shaft (6) and encompasses Segner's wheel. The cylindrical belt of said drum (5) is adjacent with a clearance to the bent ends (4) and provided with at least one pair of pipes (8) which is radially fixed thereto and has the open oppositely bent ends (9). A body (11) encompasses Segner's wheel and the cylindrical drum (5) and is provided with a fitting (12) for evacuating actuating medium. Shafts (2) and (6) are arranged in a second body (15) and gears (16) and (17) are mounted thereon. A power-take off shaft 18 is arranged in the second body and is provided with gears (19) and (20) mounted thereon, said gears (19 and 20) being cinematically connected to the gears (16 and 17). The inventive turbine makes it possible to increases the efficiency coefficient.
