Abstract

A device comprises a control unit and connected thereto a DC charging unit and a DC rectangular pulse recovering unit. Said DC charging unit and DC rectangular pulse recovering unit are made with possibility of connection of inputs thereof to a current source, and of outputs to accumulator terminals. The control unit contains a back-current relay connected to a circuit of positive inputs of the DC charging unit and DC rectangular pulse recovering unit. The last one is made with possibility of generation of singe-polar current pulses not more than 1.0 A with frequency from 0.7 kHz to 70.0 kHz. The back-current relay is made with possibility of switching from positive input circuit of DC charging unit to the corresponding circuit of the DC rectangular pulses recovering unit, if current on the accumulator contacts is equal to output current of the DC rectangular pulses recovering unit, and of opposite switching said circuits at achieving on the accumulator terminals current exceeding the output current of the DC rectangular pulses recovering unit.
