Abstract
Изобретение относится к области водоподготовки и может быть использовано в энергетической, химической и других областях промышленности. Способ получения частично деминерализованной воды состоит в том, что проводят реагентную обработку исходной воды, последующую фильтрацию от механических и зависших частичек и частичную деминерализацию ионобменом. В качестве исходной воды используют биологически очищенные сточные воды химического производства, ливневые стоки, шахтные сточные воды и прочие стоки или их смеси с общей твердостью до 15 мг-экв/л, с общим солесодержанием 3-4 г/л, с общим микробным числом до 10 тыс.ед.в мл. Воду дополнительно очищают от зависших частичек в 5-микронных картриджных фильтрах. Осуществляют деминерализацию воды путем нанофильтрации, проводя процесс распределения на нанофильтрационных мембранах со спектром фильтрации от 0,001 до 0,01 мкм, при давлении 2,0 МПа и рН 3,0-7,0, с получением пермеата с солесодержанием 110 мг/л. Проводят последующее смягчение его на Na-катионитовых фильтрах до твердости 10 мг-экв/л. Отводят полученный концентрат на биохимочистку для очистки от микробиологических и азотосодержащих загрязнений, после очистки его рециркулируют на первую стадию способа. Применение изобретения позволяет снизить себестоимость очищенной воды, уменьшить расход химических реагентов, минимизировать отрицательное влияние на окружающую среду.
