Abstract
Plant for regeneration of precipitating electrodes of electrofilter relates to the gas treating with the help of the electrofilters, in particular to the regeneration of precipitating electrodes from the dust precipitated on them. The plant contains connected between them power supply, capacitor bank and thyristor control system connected with the drive. The drive is made in the form of two working windings, each of which has the shape of the flat spiral and is equipped with a holder from m-metal material with grooves on the surfaces turned toward each other, in which the windings are mirror-located and fastened, in this case the drive is fastened on one end of the rod from the outer side of the casing of electrofilter, and on the other end of the outer side of casing of electrofilter a spring of turning is located, the rod is secured by two ends in the casing of electrofilter with possibility of its travel along the axis and rigidly connected with all precipitating electrodes of one field of electrofilter. One winding of drive is connected with the power supply, and another winding has a closed circuit. The plant allows to increasethe efficiency of action of pulse current on the cleaning process of precipitating electrodes.
