Abstract
A device for direct electric energy generation from some electrolyte (or electrochemical reaction) contains a volume wherein an electrolyte having self-conductance I (or fuel flow oxidation reaction, or bioelectric process), it is provided for an anode and a cathode connected by an external circuit containing an energy consumer; the anode and cathode are performed of semiconductor material with N and P conductivities correspondingly.
