Abstract
A method for correcting the impaired bone regeneration in the treatment of the diaphyseal fractures of the long bones in the patients with diabetes mellitus comprises the compensation of the manifestations of diabetes mellitus with one-step reposition and fixation of the bone fragments until bone union as well as optimization of reparative regeneration of bone tissue. In the setting of the compensation of the manifestations of diabetes mellitus, the closed reposition is provided with simultaneous fixation of the bone fragments by blocking intramedullary osteosynthesis. Quercetin is used for optimization of the reparative regeneration of bone tissue.
