Abstract
A technological line for preparation of anhydrous casting mass comprises a bin for powdered material consisting of a receiving section with self-loading devices, and an accumulating section equipped with a dispenser for powdered material, a tank for liquid binder with a dispenser located under it, in the housing of which is located a tube, and a mixer interconnected a bin for powdered material and a bin for liquid binder, has consistently an extruder and a packing stand mounted after mixer. The receiving section of a bin for powdered material is equipped with a vibrator. Dispenser for powdered material is made in the form of a body located inside accumulating section with upper gate mounted in it and interconnected with a vibrator and lower gate, said gates are connected to each other. The tube in the body of dispenser of liquid binder is located horizontally and has a ball valve. Inside the mixer body there are two working shafts with blades mounted at an angle and a slide valve in its lower part. The body of dispenser of liquid binder, mixer body and extruder body are heated. The line is equipped with a programmable logic controller connected to sensors and actuators for of a dispenser for powdered material, a dispenser of liquid binder, a mixer, an extruder and a packing stand.
