Abstract

An automation method of reagent oxidation process in multicomponent waste water, comprising measuring of pH and Eh parameters, formation of control signal for dosing of alkali (acid) to water and oxidant by means of actuating mechanism, which is carried out on the basis of self-organizing system of automatic regulation with the use of regulator based on fuzzy logics, staged dosing of reagents, on each stage of which on the basis of industrial controller necessary parameters of dosing at first alkali (acid) for increasing (decreasing) pH to value, optimal for oxidation reaction, and then oxidant for the increasing of Eh value to value, necessary for carrying of oxidation reaction are programmatically set, mixing of water with reagents for oxidation of admixtures with concomitant decreasing of pH and Eh, additionally on each stage oxidant dosing is carried out to intermediate values of Eh value with its stepwise approximation to final value, determined by oxidation-reduction potential of oxidant. Each stage of following dosing of alkali (acid) and oxidant is started after concomitant decreasing of pH value on the preceding stage to its limiting value, determined by chemical stability field of oxidant and/or optimal field of oxidation process
