Abstract
The proposed method for diagnosing the stage of the diabetic angiopathy process consists in determining the parameters that characterize the activity of antibodies to lysophosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylseryne in blood serum by using immunoassay methods. The functional (second) stage of diabetic angiopathy is diagnosed if the value of the parameter that characterize the activity of antibodies to lysophosphatidylcholine is less than 1,500,000 optical units and the value of the parameter that characterize the activity of antibodies to phosphatidylseryne is less than 950,000 optical units. The organic (third) stage of diabetic angiopathy is diagnosed if the value of the parameter that characterize the activity of antibodies to lysophosphatidylcholine exceeds 1,500,000 optical units and the value of the parameter that characterize the activity of antibodies to phosphatidylseryne exceeds 950,000 optical units.
