Abstract
The proposed locking-and-sealing device contains a casing, a fixing ring, and a lock. In the casing, a shaft is installed that contains a bulge on one side and an annular groove on the other side. At the end part of the shaft that contains the annular groove, diametrically opposite cuts are provided. The fixing ring contains two diametrically opposite projections that mach with the annular groove. The lock is designed as a plug with projections that match with the shaft cuts. At the fixing ring and the lock, elements for setting protecting code are arranged.
