Abstract
A method for the treatment of polyneuropathy involves prescription of the preparations with anti-oxidant action. For the treatment of vegetative sensory polyneuropathy in patients with vibration disease in addition to complex conventional therapy α-lipoic acid is prescribed intravenously dropwise in a dose of 600 mg per day in 250 ml of 5% glucose solution for 10 days, then 600 mg per day in tablet form for two months.
