Abstract
An anchor includes a rod with end collar at one end and with threading with a nut at the other end, support plate for interaction with the massif, thrust elements installed on the rod. The thrust elements are arranged as split bushings with inner conical surfaces near the ends of the bushings, and elastic rings, for instance of rubber, those are installed in grooves provided at the outer surface of the split bushings. The anchor is equipped with additional thrust elements as bushings with outer conical surfaces near the ends, those are in contact with the inner conical surfaces of the split bushings.
