Способ определения содержания эластина в мясе забойных животных путем отделения химически резистентного эластина от других компонентов мяса в результате измельчения и гомогенизации с дистиллированной водой навески мяса и постепенной обработки этиловым спиртом, ацетоном, хлористоводородной кислотой с использованием водяного купола и сушильного шкафа.
