An autonomous refrigeration-heat pump system for hot water supply includes a two-stage tank-accumulator of hot water. The first stage is a tank-accumulator of tap water preliminarily heated due to use of heat of discharge water, and the second stage is a tank-accumulator of hot water obtained through heating preliminarily heated water in a surface double-pipe heat exchanger, which inner tube being a condenser of the I stage of refrigeration-heat pump unit placed between the I and II stages of the tank-accumulator. At the I and the II stages of the tank-accumulator one installs electric heaters of accurate maintenance of water temperature in those, automation of operation of those is provided by a command device by signal from temperature sensors installed at the I and the II stages of the tank-accumulator.
