A receiving channel portable laser telescope for ranging man-made satellites comprises a diaphragm, first collecting lens, an interference filter, second collecting lens, a propeller-type shutter and a photomultiplier, those are connected optically. Between the interference filter and the second collecting lens there is a disk with four neutral filters which is connected to a disk rotary mechanism and a position sensor, wherein neutral filters are selected with transmission factors of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
