Abstract

The proposed method for producing a thin-film photoelectric converter with several vertical electron-hole junctions implies producing vertical electron-hole junctions in a film of amorphous semiconductor material, which is applied to an insulating substrate, by exposing the defined area of the film to a laser beam. The method consists in coating two transparent insulating substrates with films of amorphous semiconductor material, providing the recrystallization of the film material at each substrate, and superimposing the substrates with the film coating trough a layer of binding dielectric material.
