Abstract

Invention is intended for use in the devices for removal of ashes from gases or dust in the heat-power engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry or cement production. Device for creating the electric field of the filter is equipped with means for increase of the electric intensity at the inlet and/or the outlet of channels for the passage of gases formed by system of precipitating base electrodes. These means are the systems of precipitating and corona additional electrodes located respectively from the inlet and outlet sides of the channels. The shaking off devices for removal of dust from corona electrodes are located below these electrodes and are connected with the lower parts of their frames. The shaking off devices contain a sledge hammer and mobile hammer equipped with an element of "bell" type or with hemisphere, or cone, fitted out for creating the power pulse under the action on it of the pulse gas flow. The precipitating electrode is formed by a set of element- electrodes from V-shaped or W-shaped sheet profiles, which are connected together into the lock by side U-shaped flanges. To avoid the formation on the electrode of the corona discharge each of two outer U-shaped flanges is located inside the tubular element.
