Abstract

A piling mechanism for billets contains a driving slider located in the frame with an insert mounted along its vertical axis and levers, each of which is equipped with horizontal plane and roller mounted with ability of interaction with the cams articulated with the frame. The insert is made of two parts, to each of which the said lever is hinged with horizontal plane and a roller; in this case, the mechanism is equipped with means for displacing each of component parts of the insert and with means for displacing each cam. The slider is made of inclined bearing surfaces symmetrically located relative to the vertical axis, on each of said surfaces the corresponding inclined bearing surface islocated made on each part of the insert mounted with ability of displacement relative to the slider on inclined guides made in the slider, in parallel with the appropriate bearing surface of slider, furthermore, in each of side walls of frame the open groove with inclined bearing surfaces is made, in which the cam is located made with appropriate inclined bearing surfaces, and located with ability of displacement relative to the frame on the guides made on the frame, in parallel with the bearing inclined surfaces of the open groove, in this case the angles of inclination of bearing surfaces of parts of the insert, slider, cams, bearing inclined surfaces of grooves of frame, and the guides of frame and guides of slider are identical.
