Abstract
A commercial frequency AC voltage–to enhanced voltage AC frequency converter comprises a power rectifier connected to commercial frequency mains, capacitor connected at rectifier output, a converter connected parallel to capacitor, to control input a direct signal of enhanced frequency is supplied, output is connected to output transformer primary winding, secondary winding being output of the device. In addition, second capacitor and second converter are incorporated, to second converter control input a reverse signal of enhanced frequency is supplied, and second primary winding of output transformer with second capacitor being identical to first capacitor is connected to power rectifier output in series to first capacitor, middle point of the power rectifier is connected to common terminal of both capacitors, second converter is parallel connected to second capacitor, its output is connected to second primary winding of power transformer, which is opposite connected to first primary winding.
