Abstract
Description
харчування хворих, особливо тих, що перенесли операції на шлунково-кишковому тракті.nutrition of patients, especially those who have undergone operations on the gastrointestinal tract.
Glucose is not only the main source of energy, but also a necessary component for the synthesis of a number of substances in the body. At the same time, protein metabolism is the most important. The nitrogen-saving effect of glucose is due to the release of insulin, which not only stops the process of glyconeogenesis, but also supports the transport of glucose and amino acids into cells.
1:1,5.The combined use of xylitol and glucose does not cause an increase in the concentration of metabolites that occur with the isolated use of xylitol and glucose. Taking into account the rate and threshold of disposal of these substances in the body, we chose a ratio of 1:1.5.
In comparison with Reosorbilact, the caloric content is 2 times higher and is 50Ocal/l.
The alkalizing component of Gluxyl sodium acetate well corrects metabolic acidosis and is completely metabolized into an equivalent amount of sodium bicarbonate within 1.5-2 hours. Sodium acetate does not cause intracellular interstitial edema of the brain and increased aggregation of platelets and erythrocytes. It is important that oxygen consumption during the metabolism of acetate is significantly less than during the metabolism of lactate, therefore, the drug with acetate is better used for the treatment of severe shock of various origins. The slightly higher content of sodium acetate in Gluxil compared to other solutions is due to the fact that the hyperosmolar Gluxil solution will be used in relatively small volumes.
In addition, it is necessary to take into account the relative cheapness of sodium acetate and the significant simplification of the technology of obtaining a complex infusion solution.
Taking into account the composition of Gluxyl and potential indications for its use, potassium and magnesium electrolytes are included in the composition of the drug in concentrations of 0.45 g/l and 0.2 g/l, respectively. These concentrations do not exceed their content in complex infusion solutions, which are manufactured abroad and are widely used in the clinic, but are higher than the content in blood plasma.
Materials from the preclinical study of Gluksil were sent to the Pharmacological Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to obtain permission to conduct clinical trials of the drug.
