Abstract

An insulation extruded polyethylene coating for anti-corrosion protection of steel pipelines is applied by energy-saving technology, it includes three layers, at that the first layer has thermo-reactive glue priming based on chloroprene rubber, the second adhesive – composition of glue-melt on basis of co-polymer of ethylene with vinyl-acetate and the third protective – composition of thermo-stabilized polyethylene that are applied to “cold” pipe with extrusion. A composition of glued thermo-reactive priming is used as a first layer.
