A pruner comprises a cutting knife with a handle and a shear-bar one connected hingedly. In doing so the handle of the cutting knife is made as a hold, arranged in the hollow of a demountable hand grip of an extensional shape, an element to fix the hand grip to the hold, a spring for moving the knives apart and a blocking mechanism thereof. The knives are made as demountable ones, the hand grip of the cutting knife is connected with the hold in such a manner as to allow turning around thereof. In doing so the cutting knife is fixed on the hold, and the shear-bar one on the handle.
