Abstract
A drill bit includes discs on eccentric axle that is fixed without possibility of motion in the lower part of legs. The bit has two pairs of supplementary discs with different diameters on common supplementary axle that is immovably fixed over the discs in the upper part of the legs. The first and the second supplementary discs are arranged with the same larger outer diameter compared to second and third supplementary discs with same outer diameter, and toothed chains that are destructive elements and connect the supplementary upper and discs in the lower part of the legs. The discs and supplementary discs are rotatably fit to axle.
