A method for determination of femur antetorsion angle in patients with limitation of rotational movement in hip joint, comprising the ultrasonography of hip joint at transversal location of a sensor and insertion of femur neck into horizontal surface. The neck movements are made by pelvis inclinement, putting a small sack with sand under examined side, and it is controlled by ultrasonography under online conditions to provision of neck projection of maximal length, and rotational angle is measured by orthopedical gravitational azimuth disks, clothed on a hip.
