A polyurethane elastic layered material contains hydroxyl polyethers, diisocyanates, solvent and dihydrazides of carboxylic acids as chain extenders (isophthalic acid dihydrazid) and 1,4-di-N-oxide 2,3-bis(oxymethyl)quinoxaline (1 outer layer).
