Method for measurement of thermo-electric parameters of semiconductor materials in which one uses two cylindrical samples with same type of conductivity with identical dimensions and properties, lower bases of those are connected to thermo-static plate and the upper parts are connected with commutating plate. Measuring cell is placed to common background furnace, this is first connected to cryogenic system and after that it is disconnected from cryogenic system with placement under vacuum bell.
