Abstract

Ae line for the production of fertilizers based on sapropel comprises floating means, on which soil pump is fixed, the inlet of which is connected with pipeline with suction pipe, and the outlet with the inlet of the reserve capacity, and also the device for dehydration of sapropel, the outlet of which is connected with mixer, meant for mixing of dehydrated sapropel with organic and/or mineral admixtures, the outlet of which is connected with the inlet of storage bin for finished fertilizer. The device for dehydration of sapropel is made in a form of decanter centrifuge, connected with the device for the extraction from sapropel of sand, and also the device for adjustment of sapropel humidity. And the outlet of the reserve capacity is connected with the inlet of the device for adjustment of sapropel humidity, the outlet of which is connected with the inlet of the device for extraction of sand, the outlet of which is connected with the inlet of the decanter centrifuge, the outlet of which is connected with the first inlet of mixer, and the second inlet of mixer is meant for the supply into it of organic and/or mineral admixtures. The outlet of mixer is joined with the storage bin for the finished fertilizer.
