A method for the arterial revascularization of myocardium in the surgical treatment of the ischemic heart disease comprises the treatment of the arterial conduit with antispastic solution followed by the used of the conduit as the arterial by-pass. For conduit, the fragment of the radial artery and/or both internal thoracic arteries is taken en bloc with the adjoining tissues sparing vasa vasorum. Ringer lactate solution is used asantispastic solution (Isoptine, Isosorbite dinitrate and Papaverine hydrochloride are added to this solution). The direct and composite bypasses are applied using solely arterial conduits, not less than two conduits used as arterial bypasses.
