Abstract
A method for treating the chronic perforative interradical periodontitis comprises the use of platelet-enriched plasma as the biological membrane. The perforation area is treated with antiseptic and hemostatic gel. The platelet-enriched plasma is administered via perforation canal to the boundary with inflammation focus in periodontium in the area of bifurcation of radices. Then, the perforation canal is filled with MTA cement under X-ray control.
