Method for production of granular food products involves mixing of initial mass and moistening thereof in the agitation process, delivering of the moistened mix on balling in the granulator and drying of obtained granules. Moistening of the mix in the agitation process is carried out to the moisture value of 2-7% by means of delivering of liquid phase directly at the agitation stage. The balling in the granulator is carried out with additional liquid phase delivery in the moistened mix which incomes on the granulating. A proportion of moistened mix and additional liquid phase flows is regulated by volume ratio sufficient for obtaining granules with final moisture of 16-18%. The water or solution of one or few component ingredients of the product to be obtained is used as liquid phase.
