Abstract
A process for the preparation of porous concrete comprises the hardening of rationally selected mixture of modified continuous basalt fiber and binder. As porous filler the modified continuous basalt fiber and binding substance of chemically related action are used. The modified continuous basalt fiber has everywhere porous glasslike structure. The porous structure of porous concrete is formed at the stage of preparation of initial materials without the foam- and gas-forming agents. Thereby the process for forming of porous structure of porous concrete and structurization mechanism of cement stone in molded product are carried out at various stages of technological process.
