Abstract
Протез голеностопной части ноги состоит из шарнирно сочлененных протеза стопы, протеза щиколотки и рекуперативно-демпфирующего узла с цилиндрической втулкой, проксимальный конец которой может присоединяться к культеприемнику или протезу голени. Внутри втулки устанавливается рекуперативно-демпфирующее приспособление. Для упрощения, повышения надежности и расширения возможностей модификации с учетом конкретных условий протез щиколотки совмещен с цилиндрической втулкой рекуперативно-демпфирующего узла. Само рекуперативно-демпфирующее приспособление выполнено на базе поршня со штоком, в полости указанной втулки находится демпфирующая среда. Втулка и шток в дистальных частях связаны с протезом стопы с помощью последовательно расположенных в направлении от носка к пятке шарниров.
