Description of the invention
The proposed invention relates to medicine, in particular, to traumatology and orthopedics. It is prescribed and 2 can be used for the treatment of patients with pain syndrome in amputation kukoi.
Окрім механічної 12 дії на точки діяли електричним струмом слабкої напруги та невеликої сили з допомогою приладів "Злита-4" та "пЗпП-1".Methods of treatment of pain syndrome are known. They include, for example, the technique of analgesic acupuncture reflexotherapy (see V.N. Kremlev, L.G. Kapichnikova. Use of acupuncture reflexology in invalids with limb stumps // Prosthetics and prosthetics, M., 1982, Issue 61. -- P. 56 - 62). Which includes the appointment of painkillers, anti-inflammatory, vascular drugs, physiotherapeutic treatment. At the same time, 70 patients underwent needle reflexology sessions, which included action on the points of the segmental zones of the lumbosacral spine and reflexogenic zones of the limbs. In the area of the auricle, acupuncture points of the zones of the upper and lower extremities were used with simultaneous action on points of general strengthening effect: Shen-Men, cerebral cortex, adrenal glands. If necessary, the effect was directed to the zones of sympathetic innervation, which are located along the thoracic spine (IR vertebrae). In addition to mechanical 12 action, the points were acted upon by electric current of low voltage and low power with the help of "Zlyta-4" and "pZpP-1" devices.
The disadvantage of this method is that the technique requires special equipment and trained acupuncture specialists; complete elimination of the pain syndrome in the amputated stump is not ensured, in addition, against the background of the use of painkillers, the analgesic effect of acupuncture reflexology decreases, which makes it impossible to replace drug analgesia with acupuncture.
The proposed method is based on the task of eliminating the pain syndrome in the amputation stump and preventing the development of painful neuromas by prescribing the immunosuppressant leflunomide.
«This task is ensured by the fact that patients with pain syndrome in the amputation stump, in addition to painkillers, anti-inflammatory and vascular drugs, are prescribed leflunomide, brand name "Arava", 100mg per day for the first 3 days with a subsequent dose of 2Omg per day for 11 days. "
Application example. The method is used for pain syndrome in the amputated stump. After the limb amputation operation, the patient is prescribed painkillers, anti-inflammatory, vascular drugs, detoxification therapy, daily dressings are performed, and from the third day, physiotherapy treatment is prescribed. At the same time, from the first day after the operation, the patient is prescribed 1 tablet of leflunomide. (100 mg) per day for the first 3 days with subsequent dose reduction to 20 mg (1 tablet) per day for 11 days. The full course of treatment with Ge) leflunomide - 14 days. co
