Abstract

Device for measurement of contact potential difference includes connected in series generator and vibrator and to its movable part probe is attached, this is connected through capacitor with preliminary amplifier. Internal voltmeter is included there, connected in series selective amplifier, phase detector, comparator, block for voltage compensation, power supply block of excitation circuit connected to generator, power supply block of measuring circuit connected to pre-amplifier, selective amplifier, phase detector, comparator, block for voltage compensation with internal voltmeter. At that input of selective amplifier is connected to output of preliminary amplifier, input of support voltage of phase detector is connected to output of generator. First output of block of voltage compensation is connected to probe, and the second output of block of voltage compensation is connected through switch to internal voltmeter or with connector to which are connected connection device and computer connected in series.
