Abstract
The proposed metering device for powders contains a sealed cylindrical drum with loading opening and metering tubes that is installed at the horizontal shaft of the drum drive. The metering tubes are arranged diametrically inside the drum, crosswise relative to each other, with linear displacement along the drum axis and angular displacement in the drum cross section, and with the same angular displacement pitch. Each of the metering tubes is arranged so that one end of the tube, containing a metering hole at the tube wall that is aligned with the drum rotation direction, is fitted to the inside wall of the drum by screw connection, and the other end of the tube passes trough a seal in the drum wall and extend outward at the opposite side of the drum.
