Description of the invention
The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to orthopedic stomatology, namely to periodic 2 fixation of removable bridge-like prostheses with partial absence of teeth.
116 - 117).Cements are known in dental practice, which are used as fixatives for sealing tooth canals, permanent fillings, for applying spacers under various otters of permanent fillings, and for fixing bridge-like prostheses. At the same time, according to the International Classification, they are divided into 8 groups. Currently, it is in the clinic of orthopedic dentistry for fixing fixed bridge-like prostheses that 70 zinc-phosphate-nrtyb polycarboxylate and glass ionomer cements are mainly used (Zhulev E.N. "Materialovedenie v ortopedicheskie stomatologii", Nizhny Novgorod, 1997, pp. 116 - 117 ).
However, known dental cements are intended to be used for periodic fixation of removable bridge-like prostheses, despite the fact that they are excellent fixators for various types of structures on abutment teeth due to their great hardness and strength. As a result, the fixing material, which are dental 72 cements, when forming shells around the teeth, cause a rigid connection between the supporting teeth and artificial crowns.
123 - 124).The closest to the claimed invention are the composition of dental cements of the glass ionomer cement type, containing aluminofluorosilicate glass powder and, as a liquid, an aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid 50956, where the powder and liquid are mixed in a ratio of 3:1 (Zhulev E.N. "Materialovedenie in orthopedic dentistry", Nizhny Novgorod, 1977, p. 117 and p. 123 - 124).
«However, known dental cements, which are used in the clinic of orthopedic dentistry, are not intended to be used for periodic fixation of removable bridge-like structures, precisely because of their high hardness and compressive strength of more than 26bOkgs/cm 2 and tear strength of more than ЗBkgs/cm2. As a result, these dental cements, when forming shells around the teeth, are characterized by a rigid connection between the supporting teeth and 29 artificial crowns. Removal of the latter causes damage to the supporting teeth. "
оThe basis of the invention - the composition of dental cements for the periodic fixation of removable bridge-like prostheses - the task of creating cements for the periodic fixation of removable bridge-like structures, through the additional introduction of an additive-filler, which makes it possible to ensure a decrease in compressive and tear strength in the process of fixing the structures, is set. at
The task is solved by the fact that the composition of dental cements for periodic fixation of removable (o) bridge-like prostheses is of the glass ionomer cement type, containing aluminofluorosilicate glass powder and, as a liquid, the 5095th aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid, where the powder and liquid are mixed in a ratio of 3:1, according to about the invention of the eyelashes additionally contains as an additive - the filler oligoetherurethane diisocyanate with such a ratio of the components, wt.9v: 90 - 95 glass ionomer cement and 5 - 10 oligoether urethane diisocyanate.
The introduction of glass ionomer cement into dental cements as an additive-filler contributes to the creation of cement compositions suitable for periodic fixation of removable bridge-like prostheses by ensuring a decrease in strength both during compression and during separation in the process of fixing the structure. Because oligoether urethane diisocyanate as a mixture of wet diisocyanates of the general formula: "pon p yn y p py shsh ch o SIV o H"" where K is the residue of toluene diisocyanate T 65/35, in the form of a transparent curd-like liquid of straw-yellow color, is unlimited soluble in organic solvents and insoluble in
Water, and when in contact with an aqueous solution foams - polymerizes. As a result of such properties
It is given to glass ionomer cement, which contains aluminofluorosilicate glass powder and an aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid of the required strength, which ensures the connection between the supporting teeth and artificial crowns without deformation under the action of masticatory forces and at the same time reduces the impact resistance, which leads to the removal of the latter without (ав) damage to supporting teeth. c 50 The optimal ratio of components was obtained through laboratory studies, which was confirmed by the processing of experimental tests. The comparative results of the research on compression and this separation are shown in the table: with"
An increase in the quantitative content of the additive-filler to a greater or lesser extent than the proposed 60 intervals makes the formulations unsuitable for periodic fixation of removable bridge prostheses.
So, due to the complex approach, the choice of a specific additive-filler and its private use, the task of the invention of creating cements for the periodic fixation of removable bridge-like structures, which cause the removal of the structures without damaging the supporting teeth, was fulfilled.
In addition, this additive-filler - oligoether urethane diisocyanate - is suitable for dental 65 cements, for example, zinc-phosphate cement type with the same ratio of components, wt. 90: 90 - 95 zinc phosphate cement and 5 - 10 oligoether urethane diisocyanate.
The proposed composition of dental cements for periodic fixation of removable bridge prostheses is prepared as follows.
65/35.To implement the invention, the following are used: - all brands of glass ionomer cements currently used for fixing crowns and bridge-like prostheses; - sodium oligoether urethane diisocyanate according to TU is obtained by the interaction of a simple polyester (polyoxypropylene glycol) Laprol 1502 with an excess of toluene diisocyanate T 65/35.
Example 1. A composition of the type of glass ionomer cement is prepared from the above brands with 70 filler additive - oligoether urethane diisocyanate by mixing. For this, a thick, smooth glass plate, which must first be cooled to a temperature of 18 - 20 C, for example, under a cold water tap, is applied; 7.2 g of glass ionomer cement powder, which is divided into 4 parts, and 2.1 g (which is approximately equal to 2.1 mg) of liquid. Then add 0.5 g of oligoether urethane diisocyanate to the liquid and mix for 10-20 seconds. After that, 1/4 of the powder is added to the liquid-filler mixture and mixing is carried out for 30 seconds. Then gradually add the rest of the powder in 1/4 parts with constant mixing. The total time of mixing the components is 80 - 90 seconds. At the same time, the powder and liquid are mixed in a ratio of 3:1. The composition prepared in this way is applied in a thin layer to the frame of the supporting crowns of the prosthesis and fixed in the patient's oral cavity.
Examples 2. At the same time, it is subject to easy non-traumatic removal at the request of the results of clinical observations, which are "obligatory when using removable bridge-like prostheses for the prevention and improvement of the state of the periodontium". Moreover, the removal of removable bridge-like prostheses, which takes place without damaging the supporting teeth, increases the service life of the latter. This is especially important, because according to clinical observations, it has been established that after 6-9 months, a decrease in these indicators is observed, due to the occurrence or progression of the pathological process in the periodontal tissues.
