Abstract
A method for treatment of resistant arterial hypertensia in patients suffering from hypertension consists in the performing of combined antihypertensive therapy with Enalapril maleate (Reniteku®) at a dose of 1 pill (20 mg) in the morning and Hydrochlorthiazide at a dose of 1 pill (12.5 mg) in the morning (or the fixed combination of Enalapril maleate at a dose of 20 mg and Hydrochlorthiazide at a dose of 12.5 mg is prescribed in the morning), Nebivolol (Nebiletu®) at a dose of 10 mg at 12o'clock, Amlodipine besylate (Norvasku®) at a dose of 1 pill (10 mg) at 18o'clock, Enalapril maleate (Reniteku®) at a dose of 1 pill (20 mg) in the evening at 20o'clock for permanent long-term ingestion.
