Abstract
Способ определения тяжести и частоты аллергического риноконъюнктивита у детей, который основывается на текущем учете больных. Дополнительно устанавливают наличие в прошлом приступов многократного чихания, нарушений носового дыхания, жжения в носу, не связанных с наличием простудных заболеваний, частоту таких приступов за последние 12 месяцев, их сочетания со слезотечением, жжением слизистых оболочек глаз, частоту возникновения в то или иное время года и степень нарушения повседневной деятельности ребенка. Этот анализ выполняется с помощью специальной анкеты, обрабатываемой в три этапа. Полученные ответы в заданной последовательности заносят в анкету и оценивают по трехбалльной шкале. После этого определяют детей с легкими проявлениями аллергического риноконъюнктивита – на которых заполнена анкета с положительными ответами на вопросы 1, 2 ,3 ,4; детей с проявлениями аллергического риноконъюнктивита средней тяжести - на которых заполнена анкета с положительными ответами на вопросы 1, 2, 3, 4 (1-6 месяцев в году), 5.1-5.2; детей с тяжело протекающим аллергическим риноконъюнктивитом - на которых заполнена анкета с положительными ответами на вопросы 1, 2, 3, 4 (не меньше 6 месяцев в году), 5.3-5.4. Частоту заболевания оценивают по формуле: ППР = 1000(ДР1 + ДР2 + ДР3)/С, ДР1 - дети с легкой тяжестью проявления заболевания (интегральная оценка тяжести "1"), ДР2 - дети со средней тяжестью проявления заболевания (интегральная оценка тяжести "2"), ДР3 - дети с тяжелыми проявлениями заболевания (интегральная оценка тяжести "3"), С – общее количество обследованных детей.
