A flexographic sheet printing press contains a frame with a first and a second printing sections located on it and beds, on which printing and form cylinders with pins are mounted, and inking apparatuses cinematically connected with them, which, in turn, contain anilox and fountain rollers, ink trough and shaft system, with the help of which the sheet of cardboard or the billet of box/bucket is passed through the sections of the press for application on its surface of colorful image. The system of angular turn of form cylinder is mounted on the pins of the form cylinders of the first printing section, and the system of all-round (360 o) rotation of the said form cylinder is mounted on the pins of the form cylinders of the second printing section.
