Abstract
A wind-driven power plant consists of rotor with working blades connected to vertical shaft, transmission for connection to electric generator, upper and lower supports of shaft, guys. Each support is arranged as cylindrical rotor with shaft. In center between floater and body ball support is placed, on the bottom part of bodies heating elements are installed, the upper end of the shaft is connected to body of floater to which guys are connected, the lower end of the shaft is connected to floater that through pinions of transmission is connected to electric generator.
