Abstract

A hermetic threaded joint of oil pipes formed with surrounded pipe and the pipe that surrounds, with support conical threads with conicity 1:16 and angle of profile from 12.5° to 13.5°. Profile of buttress conical threading looks like isosceles trapezium with thrust face of turn placed at larger angle to direction of load action, male pipe and female pipe are in contact one with another with conical support surfaces arranged on the outer surface of the male pipe at section between conical threading and end of the pipe as conical support surface with conicity 1:10 to side of that pipe and on inner surface of the female pipe, respectively, on section between conical threading and body of pipe as conical support surface with conicity 1:10 to side of that pipe, and conical support surfaces arranged at the end of the male pipe as conical support end surface with angle of conicity from 74.5° to 75.5° in direction of the male pipe and on inner surface of the female pipe, respectively, on section of transition of support conical surface to body of the pipe as conical support surface with angle of conicity from 74,5° to 75,5° in direction of the female pipe. On the male pipe cylindrical recess is provided, this is parallel to the pipe, and on the female pipe cylindrical recess is provided, this is parallel to axis of the pipe. Cylindrical recess are arranged in such way that at assemblage of threaded joint those form cavity that at one side is restricted by cylindrical recess on the male pipe, and at the other side with cylindrical recess on the female pipe.
