Actuator of the power takeoff shaft of transport means has two driving shafts, the first of which through the gear drive is cinematically connected with the engine, and the second - through the gear of synchronous drive - with the propeller, the half-coupling, the shut-down switch, the gearbox, the two-speed reduction gear, the switching system mounted on the second drive shaft and selectively connecting output shaft through the second drive shaft either with the gears of synchronous drive, or with the first drive shaft. Two-speed reduction gear is mounted between the second driving shaft and output shaft.
