Abstract

The method for verification of remote scales of time standards includes formation of support time scales, with emission of the signal of the main point, with reception of that signal in the driven point and retranslation with respect to the support scale with delay equal to the time of advance of the support scale by the signal received. In the main point one calculates needed delay of the signal, with formation of additional time scale and with retranslation of exact time signal with that delay. In the driven point time of delay is measured for retranslated and time of delay of received retranslated signals are calculated, with respect to the main time scale, and scale shift is calculated. This invention relates to the field of radio engineering and metrology and can be used for synchronization of remote time scales by means of exact time signals transferred by channels with variable time of propagation.
